Occasionally,
high demand causes us to run out of certain items. Depending
on our garment production plans, certain items are available
for back-orders, while others will be reproduced in
another colour and still others may not be reproduced
at all. If we do not have an item that you've ordered
in stock, we will alert you in your "Shipping Notification"
email. Charges for permanently out-of-stock items will
be recorded as store credit for future online or retail
purchases.

We have made every
effort to display, as accurately as possible, the
colours of our products online. However, since the
actual colour you see will depend on your monitor,
we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of
any colour will be accurate.
For fabrication of every garment and style, we will
provide as accurately as possible the combination(s)
or blends of fabric we use for our manufacture. Some
fabrics come with colour dyes (fixed) which may cause
a certain degree of colour run. Hence it is good practice
to hand wash them first round with similar colours
before your subsequent washes. However such incidences
are low and we try our best to ensure quality.
Most of our garments are machine washable but it is
still best to hand wash certain delicate fabric such
as chiffon or voile. Also certain garments come with
trims and beading details that need special care.
If you purchased any of such garments from our online
or retail store, it is best to hand wash them with
mild detergent instead of machine washing them. When
ironing, do practise caution and use low heat at all
times.

You
can see what sizes are available for a particular item
by clicking on the button. Some items may only be available
in one size (e.g. bibs). If the size and or colour are
not shown in the pull-down window, then the item may
be sold out. Some cuts or fabric choice for certain
style of garment may deem sizing to vary just a little.
( ie. they are either roomier due to stretchier fabric
or more snug depending on the cut ) It is best that
you view and try your choice of garment viewed from
the website at our local retail store at United Square
#B1-64 to be really sure of fit. |
