Moms R’Us, customer satisfaction and
quality products are top on our priorities - we really
want you to be happy! :) We really want our products
to be hailed as the best! If you don't like what you
just bought or the sizing or cut of garment is out for
you, send it back or return it to us. ( we would have
advised you to try and check our garments before you
leave our retail store.)
As much as we try to maximize customer satisfaction,
some things just don't go the way we would like them
to... hence there are certain terms & conditions
to adhere to for cases of defects, returns or exchanges...
The garment concerned has to be unused, unsoiled , undamaged
& unwashed items in original packaging and condition.
These may be returned for exchange within 14
days of receipt ACCOMPANIED with original invoice
and returns/exchange form upon written approval from
our company.
The management team and company reserves the
right to refuse returns, defects, exchanges or refunds
AFTER 14 days from receipt. ( case by case
basis )
Your online payment for the merchandise will be used
as store credit as we do not practise
cash refunds. Your store credit may be redeemed for
your future online or retail purchases. Items on sale,
or PFP or under the hot deals category are not applicable
for exchange, returns or refund. Intimates (including
bras & underwear) are also not exchangeable nor
refundable for hygienic reasons. Shipping and handling
fees are not refundable. These terms and conditions
apply at our retail store as well.
* The Management team reserves the right to
enforce or amend the above terms & conditions at
any time without prior notice.

Enclosed with your order, you'll find an invoice.
Please print the returns/exchange
form. Just fill it out and enclose
it with the merchandise you're returning.
Send your package, including your return/exchange
form and invoice , via a prepaid, insured, traceable
method to ensure a safe and documented delivery

If
you are exchanging or returning merchandise, you
pay for postage / shipping it back to us. Didn’t
fit? You may exchange something for the same item
in a different size or color and we pay for the
shipping (within Singapore only). However, if
you would like to upgrade your shipping method,
purchase a different item or additional items,
or exchange a second time, you are responsible
for additional shipping charges. Due to the high
cost of international mail, non-Singapore exchanges
must pay for postage and shipping.

If
you are returning merchandise for an exchange, you
pay for shipping it back to us. Your original shipping
charges are non-refundable. Please read details
above regarding items eligible for exchange.
You may also visit our retail shop at United
Square Mall, #B1-64 to faciliate the return
or exchange. Please call 62593326
( 11am to 9pm only ) to enquire if the product you
purchased is eligible for exchange or return &
whether the product cencerned has available stock
to faciliate the transaction.

If
we should ever send you an incorrect order, then
oops, we are sorry! We'll reimburse you for the
cost of returning the package to us once we received
the returns in good original condition(and we'll
send the correct order out to you, if you're still
talking to us ) |

We do
not practise cash returns. We'll keep
a record of your payment made for returned merchandise
as store credit as soon as
we receive your returns. We’d like to
know too what is the reason behind your return
– so please email us at customerservice@moms-rus.com
with your feedback.
For online store credit, you
may choose the check payment option
and write us a note that you wish to redeem
your store credit in the remark box upon check
out. We
will manually adjust your purchase total and
send you a separate payment link if necessary.
Store credit amount not used up per
transaction will be void. Hence please utilize
and maximize your store credit carefully to
your advantage.
For
retail store credit, you may
leave your name and contact with our staff on
duty to redeem it any time during our retail
operating hours from 11am to 9pm except Sunday
( we close at 8pm )
Online store credit may also be redeemed at
our retail store. You just need to buzz 62593326
to leave your name,
store credit amount and online
order number for verification before
heading down to redeem the store credit. Happy
