We charge a flat fee of S$5.00 for shipping and handling via this mode. Order usually arrives within 5 days from date of ordering. Please only choose this option if your order can fit an A4 size envelope.

Extra trips required for returns or exchanges are chargeable at $8.00 per trip.
Deliveries over public holidays/weekends or after office hours ( ie. after 6pm ) will fall under our Local Express Courier option.
Local Express Courier:
Weekend delivery, night delivery or urgent orders for next day delivery will be at a flat fee of S$13.00 . There is no free shipping entitlement.
Self Collect
You may choose to self collect your purchases at our retail shops at 101, Thomson Road,#B1-64, United Square (Novena MRT station) or 81, Marine Parade Central, #01-630. Please call 6259 3326 or 6345 2436 respectively to check that the order is ready for collection at the shop. Orders will be held on reserve for up to a week only, unless otherwise specified. Avoid our break times from 4-5pm when visiting our retail shop to self -collect. Please indicate your choice of self collect location in the remarks field.
Shipping to a Different Address:
You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address. At shipping page of checkout, simply choose the different stored address in your account or input a new one.
P.O. Box and AFPN Addresses:
Due to shipping restrictions, shipping is not available for P.O. Box and AFPN addresses.
International Delivery:
Freight pricing on ask. Please choose Cheque for payment mode. If agreeable with the shipping charges, we will send you a payment link to make payment. |
